Facebook has made big changes in their Business Pages - The new Pages use standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript like any other Web page so customizing them is a lot more like web development. If you haven't done any web development this might sound like gibberish, but everyone is welcome to Hack Night and there's never a fee.
I've spent some time and figured out the iFrame custom tab app and can share that process. If you want to walk away from this night with a working custom tab you'll need to have the ability to load a web document to a server. I also have a slick trick to making an embedded microsite in a FB Business Page like this (feel free to like my page as you see fit!):

It will also save some time if you look over this page to get a feel for what to expect (if you can get a FB developer profile started, that will save even more time):

We're meeting at Smokey Row this time so bring your laptop and an inquiring mind. Drop me a note if you have any questions: ben@rpoconsulting.com
