AND to set the record perfectly straight (cuz that's how I do), Over the Top is in Pleasant Hill, which is East of the East Side...TOTOLLY different over here :P

I hope this lays everyone's fears (if they had any) to rest...plus, Over the Top has THE best ice cream, hands down...It's the Snookies of Pleasant Hill.
