Blogger Outreach
I am very excited, I am coordinating a social media campaign, specifically through bloggers for a new company that provides accountability for exercise. http://communityofmovement.com
I sought out popular bloggers who could provide hype for the November launch and generate social media followers and ultimately memberships for this site. Throughout the two week blogger program, each blogger was supposed to blog or vlog and tweet/facebook link. I am very impressed with results and creativity. Sounds very cool (the company and the project)! How did you get tapped to lead their blogger outreach campaign? Is that something you've done before? As a blogger yourself, I guess you'd already have a good handle on how people like to be approached about content for their blog.
Have you heard anything about BlogDash yet? It's a tool launching later this year that will help companies and marketers streamline their blogger outreach process. I just caught a demo video for the product and it looks pretty sharp.

I submitted my resume and proposal through hiremymom.com. I have been a "mom" blogger for over two years and I am involved in many blogger communities, so along with the knowledge about how bloggers work and who would be the most beneficial to approach, I also have the ability to reach out to my communities for questions, feedback and participation.
I haven't heard anything about BlogDash. Thanks for the link, I'll have to check it out!
