Thank you for your patience during our election review process. The review has been completed and there will be one addition to the ballot. We are ready to resume the election and voting will begin tomorrow Thursday March 17, 2011 and end Friday March 25, 2011 at 5:00 pm (central). An Email with a link to the ballot will be sent Thursday morning March 17, 2011. This is a new ballot and everyone must use it to cast their votes.
The election committee would like to again thank all of the candidates and members for their patience and understanding during the review process. Good luck to all of the candidates.
Voting has now started and each club member should have received an Email with a link to the ballot. If you did not receive the Email, please check your SPAM/Junk Email filters or contact email@example.com.
The voting was originally suspended when we discovered there was a candidate omission on the ballot. That was corrected immediately, but there was another issue that the election committee determined it needed to review. The result of that review was the addition of another candidate to the ballot.
Two candidates notified the committee that their availability to serve on the board had changed and they needed to remove their names from the ballot. Their removal was not related to the review, but career changes that impacted their available time.
