If you get it, share it
Do you know your stuff when it comes to social technology? Whether you're a WordPress whiz, a talented Tweeter or can facilitate a Facebook page like no other, we want to hear from you! The Social Technology Conference (formerly the I_Blog Conference) is accepting speaker proposals for the 2012 conference, April 27-29, in the historic Amana Colonies in eastern Iowa.
Unlike other social media conferences, which run multiple speakers during one time slot, the Social Technology Conference will offer single, in-depth sessions Saturday and Sunday morning. Participants will take away an individual action plan that they can immediately use, not just theory and anecdotes. Speakers will need to speak to both the beginner and the more advanced in social technologies and offer new ideas and information for both ends of the spectrum, and everyone in between.
Think you've got the know-how? Then we want to hear from you! Fill out this survey with your speaker proposal, and we'll review it and get back to you.
Why apply to be a speaker?
Wait, you haven't applied yet? What are you waiting for? Apply now!
Speakers will receive one free ticket to the conference and may or may not receive complimentary lodging, depending on sponsor involvement. Speakers will be responsible for their own transportation.

We're glad you asked! It just so happens that the Social Technology Conference is seeking 3 assistants to help in various capacities, which may include:
If you're thinking, "Hey, I could do that!" and you'd like a free ticket to the conference, fill out this survey with your pertinent information and let us know!
