Freelance Switch

If you haven't heard of this site then you should go check it out. This has been a great resource to me to be able to generate work on a regular basis. The cost is only $7 a month. Yeah, you head me right and you can post a profile, get RSS feeds from the site, and respond for yourself and for sub-contractors. Bidding on jobs is easy and the look and feel of the site is very welcoming.
